Mike (AKA Big Mike) is the owner and founder of Studio 431. With 25 years of experience in both tattoos and piercings, Mike especially enjoys doing black and grey work, Japanese-style tattoos, realism and excels in coverups.

Billy (AKA Billy Vanilli) is the manager of Studio 431. Billy is a junior artist who has been with the shop for 2 years. Billy enjoys doing script work, black and grey and has recently incorporated color into his work.

Ravyn (AKA Ray) is Studio 431's full-time piercer/body modification technician and is also learning how to tattoo. Ray enjoys doing ear curations and is a mom who makes a child’s first piercing experience a positive one!
